Piatto Novo couples a dramatic view of the “Crooked River” with expertly prepared regional Italian cuisine, excellent center cuts of beef and nightly fresh seafood specials. The new restaurant follows the traditions of the popular Piatto restaurant, formerly based in downtown Akron.

Chef Roger Thomas features exquisite dinner selections like Filet Gorgonzola and Linguine alla Bolognese. Fresh seafood specials are offered nightly, as well as an indulging wine list, martini menu and handmade dessert creations.
